21-day customized training for eight Directors of human resources from different Ministries in Ivory Coast as well as the Chief of Staff of the General Secretariat of the Government.

Specific objectives

▪ Understand the challenges of the human resources profession. ▪ Take ownership of the main features of HR management systems.▪ Become proficient in techniques for perfecting employees' skills and improving their performance.▪ Develop methods and tools for team building, promoting a sense of belonging within the organization.▪ Analyse lines of business, functions, positions, and tasks, characterize their specific skills and convert them into training needs. ▪ Plan training activities and design the training plan. ▪ Manage the implementation of the training plan and monitor and evaluate its impact.▪ Exchange ideas as part of a conference with international players in the area of human resources and share experiences.
