13 officers from different institutions under the Government of Mozambique involved in the Spatial Development Planning Program have attended this 10 day training.

▪ Understand the principles and processes of results-based management (RBM).▪ Appreciate the importance of managerial and human aspects in achieving results.▪ Be able to plan the expected results at all levels of an organization, programme or project.▪ Master the development of performance indicators and performance measurement.
