Services rendus
Description of actual services provided
Intensive training programmes lasting ten working days for Public Procurement Management Specialists (PPMS) at national level in Senegal. Nine training sessions were held from August 2015 to September 2016. SETYM International, in partnership with the School of Management Science (ESG) of the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), developed a process leading to the accreditation of Public Procurement Management Specialists (PPMS). This accreditation based on a preparatory seminar and an examination evaluates the candidate's skills and ability to manage public procurement. This seminar is an excellent opportunity to intensively review procurement contexts, topics, and questions covered in the PPMS exam. The participants deepen their understanding of the notions, approaches and tools they learned about when reading preparatory documents and practise taking the official examination on-site, during a simulation exactly reproducing the actual conditions of the examination. The official accreditation examination, which takes place after the preparation stage, is given on the last day of the training course.
