Short-term intensive training delivered to 13 staff of the Projet de Développement Rural Intégré de la Plaine de Mô (PDRI-MO).
Specific objectives
▪ Develop a logical approach and process for mastering project or programme implementation.▪ Increase the participants’ understanding and make appropriate use of the best known tools and techniques for planning, scheduling, budgeting and controlling a project.▪ Integrate procurement activities into the project planning process.▪ Use specialized software (MS Project) for project monitoring and control.▪ Improve communication between the project unit and donors using status reports.
