Description of actual services provided
Short-term intensive training in Project and Programme Impact Assessment to 25 staff members of the regional offices of the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF).
Specific objectives
▪ Understand the “ex-post” evaluation framework and process and the role of project impact evaluation.▪ Develop the skills required to manage a rigorous impact evaluation from its design stage up to its execution.▪ Master the main impact evaluation techniques and tools.▪ Make relevant impact evaluation results available and understandable to all key stakeholders.
