Description of actual services provided
A five day training was provided to 20 members of the Central Bank of the Republic of Guinea designed to strengthen their skills by providing them with effective strategies, tools and techniques for planning, monitoring and control. It presents in a global way the key elements of good project governance, emphasising on the main stages of the life cycle of a project, from the identification to the final evaluation. The overall objective of this training is to understand the fundamentals of project management involved in Bank projects.

▪ Gain a global perspective of project and program management.▪ Understand the fundamental principles and areas of expertise related to the effective organization of projects, from the planning to the closure phase and evaluation.▪ Enforce the planning and monitoring tools and techniques to exercise control over the execution of project components and activities.
