Description of actual services provided
Short-term intensive training delivered to 16 staff of the Ministry of Education, Education System Transformation Programme Unit.
Specific objectives
▪ Develop a monitoring and evaluation process for public policies, programs and projects, within a Results-Based Management Framework.▪ Understand the usefulness of the different categories of indicators for monitoring and evaluation of outcomes and impacts.▪ Use appropriate criteria in assessing project performance.▪ Build an indicator system for monitoring project management effectiveness and progress towards goals and objectives.▪ Be ready to prepare mid-term or end of project or program evaluations.
