Description of actual services provided:
Five-day training program designed for 12 executives from the National Directorate of Public Procurement Control (NDPPC) at the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) of Benin, to enhance their expertise in framework agreement procurement procedures: monitoring and execution.


Specific objectives: Identify key issues related to the resettlement of project-affected people. Develop TORs to properly frame the project's resettlement needs. Evaluate the quality of resettlement documents prepared by consultants. Master best practices for monitoring resettlement implementation.
