Participants’ comments on the services provided
"We have gained so much knowledge that the training has allowed us to solve problems in the field that have been bugging us for a long time. The experiences shared are more than up to our expectations." - "In the management of processing and follow-up of payment of PAP compensations, this training will allow me to solve well the problems encountered and to be able to prioritize the treatments, also to be able to make adequate proposals in the management of the RAP." "The trainer has a good experience in conducting training sessions for professionals. He has a good approach to: (i) make his audience feel comfortable and have their attention and interest; (ii) motivate each of the participants to participate actively in the discussions and to get involved in the group sessions; (iii) remain a good listener; (iv) explain in a brief, but very explicit way the basic notions to those who are not from the specific field of resettlement; (iv) share his experiences which were enriching. He is a man with a lot of experience in resettlement. He is a reference."
