Specific objectives

▪ Introduce the concept of "leadership" as well as the link between leadership and productivity.▪ Present the challenges faced by women leaders in particular, including the integration of professional and personal goals for their career development.▪ Expose the participants to the requirements of the roles and responsibilities of leadership and management and the skills necessary for the involvement and commitment of the staff.▪ Master the concepts of productivity and leadership inseparable from a performance perspective.▪ Understand the dynamics and evolution of a work team and the impact of the characteristics specific to its leader and its followers.
