Description of actual services provided:
Training for the Islamic Development Bank's management. There is a growing and vital need for capacity building within organizations, both in procurement, to consider the new procurement framework put in place by the World Bank and other international donors, and in monitoring and evaluation, to ensure that all stakeholders in the monitoring and evaluation system have the required knowledge and skills. Every organization must have in-house trainers capable of transmitting the desired knowledge quickly, cheaply and with the required quality. "Training is not teaching, it requires specific knowledge: of the adult learner and his or her needs in a professional situation (andragogy), of the expertise needed to fill the gaps that affect the performance of the staff and the organization and of course of communication and group facilitation.

Specific objectives: Identify key issues related to the resettlement of project-affected people. Develop TORs to properly frame the project's resettlement needs. Evaluate the quality of resettlement documents prepared by consultants. Master best practices for monitoring resettlement implementation.
Specific objectives
