Description of actual services provided:
Four (4) training sessions on project management cycle targeting around fifty (50) professionals from various organizations within the COMIFAC region, including universities, research institutions, civil society organizations, and other government institutions involved in sustainable forest management in Central Africa, have been invited by The Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR/ICRAF) to benefit from this training.


Specific objectives: Identify key issues related to the resettlement of project-affected people. Develop TORs to properly frame the project's resettlement needs. Evaluate the quality of resettlement documents prepared by consultants. Master best practices for monitoring resettlement implementation.
Specific objectives

▪ Gain in-depth understanding of the process to prepare a project or project/program phase within the multilateral aid system.▪ Enhance skills in coordinating the preparatory studies required by the government or technical and financial partners.▪ Master the strategies and techniques for negotiating financing agreements with donors. ▪ Successfully design projects, ensure their initiation, and accelerate disbursements.
