Description of actual services provided
Within the global project of modernization of the Public Procurement Tunisian system, the mandate to elaborate a national training strategy.
Specific objectives
▪ Improvement of managers’ knowledge and know-how related to public procurement (legal and institutional frameworks, budget and control rules) and also in terms of Project management (needs identification, planning, contract preparation and management).▪ Enhancement of public procurement profession through a regular, continuing and thorough formalized and sustainable training.▪ Valorization of prior and post procurement control function aimed to enhance public investment and Procurement function.
