Short-term intensive training of 2 weeks in Audit and Control of Projects and Programmes, ex-post inspection of rendered services for twenty two (22) executives of the Institutional Governance Support Project (PAGI).

▪ Develop the skills needed to establish an internal control system and organize an internal audit.▪ Master the process and stages of the project audit.▪ Prepare to collaborate with auditors and provide the necessary information and documentation.▪ Follow the recommendations made in the audit report and implement an effective internal control system for projects and institutions.
