On november 8 and 9, 2016, the global elite from the public procurement community gathered in Dakar for a High Level Meeting on the Revision of the MAPS (Methodology for Assessing Procurement Systems), organized by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (ARMP) of Senegal.
The new MAPS implementation was the main goal of this gathering, where SETYM International was represented by its CEO, Mr. Larbi Bennouna, and whose speech was focused on public procurement capacity building, an aspect that will now be considered within performance indicators.
