Environmental and Social Management of Projects and Programmes
This seminar delves into the concepts, strategies, and best practices related to environmental and social management throughout the lifecycle of a project or programme. Participants will be guided to understand how to seamlessly and effectively integrate environmental and social commitments from national legislations and financing agreements during the design, planning, implementation, and monitoring of programmes and projects.
This training will help participants develop a systemic perspective, thereby encouraging them to anticipate and proactively respond to environmental and social challenges. Throughout the training, practical case studies and real-life examples will be used to illustrate the discussed concepts, thereby strengthening the participants’ ability to develop concrete strategies for sustainable and responsible management of their projects and programmes.
