Since 1993 Mr. Bennouna has conducted numerous technical assistance and training mandates in project management and procurement for governments and development projects in Africa, Europe and Asia funded by international donors such as the World Bank, the African Development Bank, IDB, etc. Mr. Bennouna is also a Lecturer and Public Procurement Expert, in the Master of Project Management (MGP) Programme at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). He has published several papers on the professionalisation of public procurement and animated numerous international conferences on project management and procurement.

An agile and results-oriented manager, Jean-Michel Delagrave is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has been working for over 20 years in the field of capacity building for adults, both as a consultant/trainer and as Director of Professional Services since 2010. In this capacity, he oversees the design, delivery, and evaluation of training courses according to the principles of adult education, while ensuring the design, planning and successful completion of consulting mandates in more than 65 countries throughout Asia, Africa and the Caribbean. Mr. Delagrave provides leadership to three departments (technical support, training and information technology) and coordinates the work of more than fifty (50) internal and external consultants from around the world.
With his extensive knowledge of international development issues, Mr. Delagrave has conducted more than 150 training sessions and trained more than 2,000 government and private sector officials on topics related to project planning, monitoring and evaluation, results-based management (RBM), procurement, communication, and participatory approaches in Africa and Asia for projects financed by international donors (World Bank, AfDB, ADB, UNDP, EU, GIZ). Bilingual, Mr. Delagrave is particularly comfortable working in an intercultural context and has carried out more than fifty (50) field sales missions (prospecting, sales) throughout the world.
Before joining SETYM International more than 20 years ago, Mr. Delagrave held several positions at the University of Quebec in Montreal: project manager, teaching assistant and ambassador of the University. Mr. Delagrave holds a bachelor’s degree in psychosociology of communication and a master’s degree in project management in international development from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).

Additionally, Mr. Azrour holds the position of director of educational services for four private schools.

For over 45 years, he has served as a professor, trainer, and consultant for various public and private organizations. With a background as a former banker and bank regulator, Jean-Luc has been involved in numerous technical assistance and training missions since 1983. His expertise extends to accounting, internal control, and audit, risk management, and organizational development. He has worked with various clients including central banks, commercial banks, professional associations, microfinance institutions, businesses, governments, and development projects across Africa and Europe. These projects have been funded either directly by institutions or through multilateral donors such as the World Bank and the African Development Bank.

With a degree in career counseling and business administration from the University of Sherbrooke, she joined the Quebec Health Network in 1990. As an HRM consultant, she explores and develops her expertise in all areas of activity. Her successes include restructuring HR services, improving customer satisfaction, reducing turnover, and overtime.
In 1998 she moved to the private sector in the information technology industry. As a trainer and speaker, she is driven by the same passion: “the HUMAN element”. Curious and daring, she willingly accepted a first mandate in Morocco in 2002 within the framework of the reform of the Ministry of Health. This was followed by a series of diversified mandates, such as strategic planning support, skill development, and intercultural management.
