Short-term intensive training to 25 executives of Central Bank of Congo.Specific objectives
▪ Develop the skills needed to formulate a communication strategy for target audiences.▪ Provide tools to the participant that can be used for designing, implementing and monitoring a business continuity and communication plan.▪ Recognize the parameters of a crisis and implement a detection and warning system.▪ Manage the communication of a crisis cell.▪ Help to position the risk management unit within the Central Bank of Congo (BCC).
