▪ Master the procedures, standards and principles underlying the procurement process in accordance with the Bank's Guidelines.▪ Understand the source of errors in the procurement process and specifications and their respective importance.▪ Ensure that procedures between the UEP PROMINES assessment and control procedures are in line with World Bank guidelines.▪ Increase efficiency and effectiveness in the management and execution of public procurement.
