Guaranteed Transparency
As every year, the draw was supervised by Me Ismaël Coulibaly, a lawyer at the Quebec Bar and associate at the law firm BENOÎT & CÔTÉ INC.. A list containing anonymous identifiers of participants was provided to Me Coulibaly, ensuring total impartiality and transparency in the prize allocation process.
